Accounting Technician
Location: Denham Chrysler Ltd., Lloydminster, AB

Job Description:

• Work collaboratively as part of the admin team
• Provide accounting and administrative support to all dealership departments
• Process payroll with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain and update employee records
• Post new and used vehicle sales into accounting software
• Calculate commissions and bonuses
• Prepare and record bank deposits
• Reconcile bank statements, manufacturer statements, and maintain accounting schedules
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform various other clerical and accounting duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills:

• Accounting and/or payroll experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage: $25–$30/hr, based on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package

Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday schedule
• On-site role based in Lloydminster, Alberta
