Denham Chrysler in Lloydminster, AB/SK is hiring for a full-time, permanent position of SALES MANAGER with a focus on pre-owned inventory.  Denham Chrysler has been a successful Stellantis dealership in Lloydminster for over 35 years, proudly supporting the DODGE, RAM, JEEP and CHRYSLER brands.

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Pre-Owned Sales Department, elevate team performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through performance management and strong leadership.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to develop effective sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators to adjust plans for improved results.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through relationship building and follow-up.
• Ensure consistent execution of dealership processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive dealership-wide success.
• Assist in the management of pre-owned inventory, including evaluations, pricing, merchandising, and ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Provide accurate vehicle trade appraisals and expert guidance on vehicle selection and financing options.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in automotive sales.
• Previous management experience in an automotive retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of sales strategies and performance metrics.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, trade evaluations, and gross profit strategies.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• High level of professionalism, organization, and time management.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
